Q. How about the SunEyes Warranty?
A.

1. You and us should bear for the shipping cost at each side when sending back the defective products
2. Pls accumulation some pieces together to send back to save the shipping cost.
3. We will charge some cost if the products are confirmed by man-made damage.
4. We can replace to new packaings for u ,if you can pay some packaing cost
5. If the products exceed the warranty period,you have to bear for the both side shipping cost and maintenace cost.

Q. I lost the cd or cd broken within shipment,Where I can download the newest software and manual?
A.

you can download from the cd.suneyes.hk ,if still cannot find the software you need,pls contact us.

Q. My order is not in my SunEyesMall Account.
A.

There are two reasons why an order might not appear in your Order List. 
1.The payment system encountered an error when you placed the order; 
2.You placed your order as guest (without logging in to a Tomtop account first).
If you encounter any of the above situations, don’t worry. First, make sure that you have completed your payment by checking your PayPal account for the 
payment information. Then contact us by providing the transaction ID, invoice ID or your PayPal email address and our customer service center will resolve
 the issue.
